1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting us at info@vshifttextile.com or calling 97252 31068.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1 business days after cancellation approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.
2. Order Cancellation by Vshift Textile
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- If the item is out of stock or discontinued.
- If there is a pricing or technical error on the website.
- If fraudulent activity or an invalid payment method is detected.
- If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address leading to failed delivery.
In such cases, the refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 1 business days to the original payment method.
3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- If a prepaid order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days.
- If an order is canceled due to unavailability or other reasons from our end, the full amount will be refunded.
- COD orders cannot be refunded unless returned as per our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account. If the issue persists, contact us at info@vshifttextile.com.
