1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Return requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at info@vshifttextile.com or call 97252 31068 within the return window.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
- Pack the item securely and send it to our return address provided during the return approval.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Customers are required to prefer email communication for return requests to ensure smooth processing.
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 24 working hours after the return shipment is delivered to our warehouse.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed only to your bank account.
Note: Refunds will not be processed via UPI ID. Customers must provide their Bank Account Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code for processing the refund.
4. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges in case of incorrect sizing, damaged, or defective products. To request an exchange, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify that you wish to exchange the item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance sale items
- Customized or personalized orders
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account. If the issue persists, contact us at info@vshifttextile.com.
